1) Talk briefly about your business? /What kind of business do you run?
Introducing ARvilla Spa, Abu Dhabi’s newest women’s only total wellness center. Whether you are looking for a place to get fit, get pampered or just catch up with old friends, ARvilla is the place to be! And for the first time in Abu Dhabi, Circuit training is available for women and kids!

2) What type of business form do you have, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation?
Sole proprietorship for the Spa and a partnership with a medical center (Beauty Trick Medical Center)

3) From where did you get the idea of the business?
The idea is unique and distinctive in the work of an integrated center for women and children, and to be the first center will open to the work of a fitness center for children.

4) Who has been your greatest influence in business? Why?
It’s a personal endeavor to pursue my own goals and be distinct in my choices for the acquisition of the best services.

6) What are the things people can find in your Spa, that can’t find it in other places?
They do:Hair (cuts, dye, treatment, blow dry), Hair removal (threading, waxing), Massages, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Moroccan Bathsand offer Circuit training with fully equipped gyms for adults and children, and free personal trainers. In addition to ARvilla fashion that been launched this year.

7) How did you decide on the location for your business?
It’s in the Center of the capital, easy to reach and in a very comfortable and quiet area.

8) What are some of the accomplishments that you’ve done?
Recently, we’ve moved to a new place (bigger and has more services).

9) Did you have any difficulties before opening the Spa?
In the beginning of any project there are some difficulties and challenges that must be overcome by a successful person, and set clear goals and meet the needs of the community.

10) So far, are the results of your business the same as you expected or beyond what you expected?
Thankfully been reached the desired results, match my expectations. I currently live desired success, and I’m going to work first fashion show that the expected time for completion of the works the first quarter of 2016.

11) What barriers did you faced when you first started the business?
The constant change laws and regulations of the UAE and there is no common communication between the employer and government departments.

12) What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?
There are now fears because I am always eager market and the needs of the community.

13) Do you think owning the business as a women helped in your success?
Gladly, I become active ingredient in the state is successful businesswomen and successes I expanded my activities in larger.

14) Where do you see your business in the next year? In the next five years? The next ten years?
I’ll be an entrepreneur, and also it would become my goals that I work for a central group.

15) What is your advice to people who are planning to start a business?
1. To do before starting any project work full feasibility study for the project.
2. Owners to take advantage of the experience in any field they want.

16) Do you advice students to start a business while they study or when they finish their education, and why?
It’s always better to focus on something; the best is completing the studies so as not to Dispersal their ideas, where businesses needs to complied a High level of effort in the starting of the business. However, small projects managed by the house does not prevent them from starting running it in their free time to prepare after the completion of the study in a larger expansion.
