Instructions: Imagine that you met with Mr. Robert Lindsey to interview for the job of your choice. Write Mr. Lindsey a thank-you letter for the interview. (You have his address from your cover letter assignment.)

Keep your letter to three paragraphs: a short intro, a body paragraph, and a conclusion.
Use Times New Roman, 12 pitch font.
Set your paragraph controls at “0” and single spacing!
Follow the guidelines for a blocked style letter (full-blocked), as illustrated in your Business Communication and Writing text on page 441. (*** I have attached under a word document)
Use the correct salutation and closing for a business letter.
Use the correct punctuation after the salutation.
Use the “print preview” to check your vertical spacing, ensuring that your letter looks balanced on the page.
Proofread and edit your letter before submitting it:

How many times have you used the personal pronoun “I”?
Can you revise some of those sentences to your viewpoint?
Before you submit your letter, also make sure that your formatted letter includes the following parts with correct spacing between parts:

Letterhead
Dateline
Inside address
Salutation
Body
Closing
Typed signature
