Here is a moral argument against legal abortion: All persons have a right to life. A fetus is a person. A fetus has a right to life. Using the principle relevant to each view, compare and contrast what you imagine a Kantian view about the moral permissibility of abortion with a Millian view of abortion. Which view do you believe is superior? Justify your response.
State a thesis and plan. Use references and quotable material from the actual text as a source of interpretation and evidence in justifying your response.
