HeLa cells

HeLa cells are grown for 5 generations in a growth medium containing 14N. Cells in G1 are rinsed and switched to a new growth medium containing 15N. Use the following series of symbols ( ) to represent each DNA strand labeled with 14N and a the following (AAAAAAAAA) to represent each DNA strand labeled with 15N. Remember you can draw/type the chromosomes horizontally
A. Draw a pair of homologous chromosomes in telophase of mitosis before switching the HeLa cells to the medium with 15N. B. Draw a pair of homologous chromosomes in anaphase of mitosis after switching the HeLa cells to the medium with 15N. In this case you take the cells in telophase from part A and allow them to go into mitosis until anaphase.
