A healthy and balanced calorie deficit diet from january 2019 to october 2020, I had lost 91 pounds through a healthy and balanced calorie deficit diet and high intensity weight training. This process changed me entirely, made me a better person, more respectful, understanding and hardworking. It also brought up my work ethic, made my mood a lot better and gave me a lot of self confidence and self respect.
