The project manager for the Microsoft Project Server 2013 Cloud implementation project asked you to assist in developing the Communication Plan and Risk Register. First you must identify your stakeholders and sponsors.

1. Using the method of input, tools and techniques and outputs, create the stakeholder register using the stakeholder analysis spreadsheet within your existing Excel Project Workbook from Module 01 that details key information to stakeholders and sponsors.

2. Now that the stakeholder register is completed create the communication plan using the Communications (Comm) spreadsheet within the Excel Project Workbook.

3. Create a Risk Register that provides a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Microsoft Project Server 2013 Cloud Implementation project using the Excel Project Workbook.
   1. Capture a screenshot of the completed document.
4. Create a summary report that provides high-level information from other underlying data within the same workbook.
   1. Include the screenshots of the Stakeholder register, Communication Plan, and Risk Register.
5. You will submit the following to the dropbox in a zipped file:

• Summary Report describing the budget, cost benefit analysis, ROI, and breakeven.
• Screenshot of the Stakeholder Register
• Screenshot of the Communication Plan
• Screenshot of the Risk Register
