It is a qualitiative phenomenological study only not a case study….
The purpose of this phenomenological case study is to explore the thoughts and beliefs of principals of three large high schools who implemented change in the reform of No Excuses University. The phenomenological case study will allow the researcher to explore the experiences, perceptions, and opinions of high school principals who were able to implement change that had a positive impact on school culture. The following research questions guided this study:

1) What are the leadership experiences of principals who implement No Excuses University?

2) How do High School principals leverage their leadership styles when implementing No Excuses University?

I want to use Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 to reflect one another…
