In this area, you analyze and synthesize the S-W-O-T to come to a selection. Strengths and weaknesses are both on the top row and both refer to internal factors or in this case Platform or Sensor/Payload specific factors.rs.
Opportunities and threats are in the bottom row and both refer to external factors. In regard to a platform or sensor/payload, the “external factors” does not directly relate.
