Return to (Links to an external site.) and choose two zip codes in two NON-neighboring states and collect ONLY the price data from ten rental properties in each zip code using a systematic sample (choose every 4th home listed in each zip code). Determine what your hypothesis will be.

Run an ANOVA to test if there is a significant difference between the two zip codes in terms of the average rental price.

Present your findings and discuss if you were surprised by the results. Include a discussion as to whether the ANOVA test verified your hypothesis and if there were any surprises.
